Solid ash wood cutting board: La Saucifrêne

A desire for an aperitif? present cheeses and cold meats? or just put down the cup and croissant? I present to you a small cutting board made from solid local ash wood, with attractive curves and marked veining, it does not lack character!

Ash often presents beautiful contrasts, sometimes leaning towards olive, and I manage during gluing to obtain a beautiful symmetry while choosing an assembly that limits the risk of deformation. Which doesn't mean there won't be any, but they will be very limited.

The glue used as well as the finishing oil are certified as compliant with food contact, as is the wood itself. Above all, remember that to clean them a wipe with a sponge is enough, but do not immerse them in water or in the dishwasher.
