Return and refund policy

The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty. In accordance with the provisions of article L121-20-12 of the Consumer Code.

As part of a withdrawal within the legal period, the amount of the order will be refunded, at the latest 30 days after the withdrawal request. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer except in the event of a product error in the order from Atelier Xavier Leen .

The products must be returned in their original condition and in packaging identical to that used during shipping.
