Welcome to the lair of Atelier Xavier Leen !

Here, in my workshop in the North of France , I design and manufacture all of the objects presented in the different collections thanks to the know-how that has been transmitted to me, with today's or sometimes century-old tools, all functional and carefully maintained.

Handcrafted creations of sustainable, ethical objects, with different local wood species that I will collect from professionals and individuals in my region for your decorative projects, as a gift or to please you . I know the origin of each essence used, traceability is really important.

The techniques used are both traditional and modern , and the work is as much manual as mechanical . Moreover, the only task managed artificially is laser engraving dedicated to signatures as well as your personalizations.

From design to finished object, this is where everything comes to life. Very often it is in the form of trunk, log or wood recovered for reuse that the material arrives, and once cut, it is after several years of drying that it will be worked.

The workshop is a material transformation tool that generates very little waste . As I also work with epoxy resin which allows me to use certain parts or even create hybrid objects, the suction bags are differentiated so as not to mix shavings and resin.

When it comes to finishes, the technical and physical requirements may clash with my environmental beliefs . All finishing products are a compromise between durability, technical properties and ecological impacts .
