The products presented on the site are available until stocks last or the decision is made to delete them. In the event of an order for an unavailable product, ATELIER XAVER LEEN undertakes to notify the Customer by email.
The Customer cannot hold ATELIER XAVER LEEN liable in the event that he validates the order for an unavailable product.
ATELIER _ In the event of an order for several products and no stock for one of them, ATELIER XAVER LEEN ships the rest of the order.
  1. PAYMENT TERMS :
The Customer can pay for their purchase via the various secure payment methods offered on the website www.atelier-xavier-leen.com once they have completed all of the required fields.
Shipping costs will be indicated in the customer's basket before final validation of the order.
As soon as payment is finalized, the Customer receives an automatic order confirmation email, summarizing their order.
  1. DELIVERIES:
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address you provide to us on the order form.
We cannot be held responsible if said address is incorrect.
We strive to ship your package within 48 to 72 hours but the time may be extended depending on the activity of the workshop.
Deliveries are made by Colissimo.

  1. PRICES :
The prices of the Products are displayed in euros. VAT is not applicable, according to article 293B of the General Tax Code.
  1. RETURN OF PRODUCTS:
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty. In accordance with the provisions of article L121-20-12 of the Consumer Code.
As part of a withdrawal within the legal period, the amount of the order and shipping costs will be refunded, at the latest 30 days after the withdrawal request. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer except in the event of a product error in the order on the part of ATELIER XAVIER LEEN . The products must be returned in their original condition and in packaging identical to that used during shipping.
